The Day After

Here are some more photos of the tornado’s aftermath that I took during lunchtime today.

On the side of the Kennedy House building.

The lobby of the Kennedy House building was particularly hard hit.

The Kennedy House lobby's glass floor-to-ceiling windows were blown out.

The tornado's damage at least made it easier for the Kennedy House doorman to accept this package from the FedEx guy !

The Kennedy House's revolving doors were shattered.

The tornado somehow tore part of the underside of the Midway Theater's marquee off.

Look closely and you will see that this tree is literally hanging; it is actually part of another tree nearby that blew off and got stuck here.
