An Avalanche of Ice Cream

Stopped in at the Carvel on Metropolitan. Seems like they have fallen victim to the ‘Supersize Me’ epidemic that our country suffers from. I decided to try this offering I’ve seen on their menu for some time now called Carvelanche. Seemed like a good idea at the time. It was quite good, but boy was that thing enormous (and I ordered the freakin’ small!). And at more than 5 bucks with tax it was waaaaaaaay overpriced.

My advice to them: cut the thing in half and drop the price to like $2.50. Also, I really would have been fine mixing in just one ingredient instead of three. I ended up throwing half of it away anyway it was so huge.
